Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts and services
  • Process customer payments and resolve any billing issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and issues
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
