Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Domino's Pizza locations.

About the Role

In this key position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all restaurant operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, maintaining health and safety regulations, negotiating with suppliers, participating in marketing initiatives, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage staff across various areas of responsibility, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and delivery teams.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing controls to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food, beverages, and other essential items.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the fast-food industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • A strong understanding of health and safety regulations, with the ability to implement controls to prevent accidents.
  • Experience in inventory management, with the ability to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results under pressure.
