About the Role: As a Restaurant Operations Manager at ALDRED RESTAURANTS LTD dba McDonalds Restaurants, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dining establishment. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring high-quality food and service are consistently delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish work schedules to meet operational demands
  • Supervise and coordinate staff activities, including food preparation and presentation
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • Degree of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Uniform provided

Work Environment: Our dining establishment is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be required to work standing for extended periods. You will be exposed to a variety of work settings, including a restaurant and various locations.
