Dairy Queen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join their team in the restaurant industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.

About the Role

In this critical position, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing high-volume restaurants, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service delivery.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, focusing on training, coaching, and performance improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics related to restaurant operations and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and HR, to achieve business objectives and support company initiatives.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-volume restaurants, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing sales revenue.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other restaurant technology.
