What is the Opportunity?

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on their home and auto insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized insurance solutions to clients based on their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and reviews to identify potential risks and opportunities for clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage cross-selling opportunities and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • General Insurance License for Ontario (Other Than Life) and all provinces.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships and connect with clients.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts within the hours of operation.
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of services.
