Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and insurance advice to clients, helping them to protect their assets and achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide insurance advice and solutions to clients based on their needs and risk profiles
  • Conduct needs assessments and reviews to identify opportunities to sell insurance products and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing insurance needs are met
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve sales and revenue targets

Requirements

  • Fluent in both French and English
  • General Insurance License for Ontario (Other Than Life) and General Insurance License for all provinces
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Flexibility to work all shifts within the hours of operation
  • Digital literacy and ability to use technology to support sales and customer service activities
