We are seeking a forward-thinking individual with a strong background in insurance sales, customer service, and sales administration to join our team in Mississauga, ON.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and promote insurance products
  • Provide expert advice on insurance options to clients, prepare quotes, and issue insurance contracts
  • Administer sales processes efficiently and accurately
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships
  • Utilize analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
  • Engage in outside sales activities to expand the client base
Requirements
  • Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
  • Strong background in customer service and sales administration
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Ability to negotiate effectively
  • Experience in analyzing client needs and recommending appropriate products
