Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Manager to join our team at ONTARIO INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for daily operations, recruiting and hiring staff, supervising staff, conducting performance reviews, conducting training sessions, negotiating with clients for the use of facilities, performing front desk duties, implementing marketing activities, enforcing policies and procedures, addressing customers' complaints or concerns, and establishing work schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
- Recruit and hire staff
- Supervise staff
- Conduct performance reviews
- Conduct training sessions
- Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities
- Perform front desk duties
- Implement marketing activities
- Enforce policies and procedures
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Establish work schedules
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- Permanent employment
- 35 to 40 hours per week
- English language
- Supervision of 1 to 2 people
