Hotel Front Desk Manager

ONTARIO INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise front desk staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and training sessions
  • Negotiate with clients for the use of hotel facilities
  • Perform front desk duties, including check-in and check-out processes
  • Implement marketing activities to promote hotel services
  • Enforce hotel policies and procedures
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Establish work schedules for front desk staff
Supervision:
  • 1 to 2 direct reports
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
