Job Title: Digital Strategy Director

At Leo Burnett, we're on the hunt for a Digital Strategy Director who can lead the charge in creating innovative and engaging social media content that resonates with our clients' audiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end social and content strategies that drive results and exceed expectations.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with our clients' business objectives
  • Lead a team of social media experts in creating compelling content that drives engagement and conversions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of social media campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to inform our content and strategy
  • Manage and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and improve ROI
Qualifications:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in social media strategy and content creation
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive results
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features and capabilities
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
