About the Role

As a Store Director of Retail Excellence at Pandora, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our stores. With a passion for our brand and a talent for leadership, you will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, embodying the store culture and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Dive deep into sales data to identify opportunities and create strategies to drive sales growth, exceeding individual and store targets.
  • Craft unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations, showcasing excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
  • Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resource team to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development to guarantee business success.
Requirements
  • A proven track record as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment, with at least 3-5 years of experience.
  • A sense of care in communication skills, both written and verbal, to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • The ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Sharp business acumen, coupled with analytical thinking, to show and deliver positive results.
  • Talent magnet skills, proficient in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, with a focus on succession planning and internal mobility.
  • Familiarity with general computer software (Microsoft Office Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and lift 50+ pounds.
