Job Overview:
As a Store Director at Moncler Spa, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth. This role requires a strong leader who can develop and execute strategic plans, manage store operations, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and scheduling.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct business analysis and develop action plans to improve store performance.
- Represent Moncler Spa in the market place and promote the brand's values and vision.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and customer service.
- Monitor store expenses and maintain store operating budget.
- Partner with Regional Director and Human Resources Director to resolve employee relations issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, luxury experience preferred.
- Proven track record of successful sales generation, building clientele, and employee development and relations.
- Results-driven and customer-focused.
- Problem solver.
- Impeccable communication skills at all levels.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to galvanize a team.
- Strong attention to detail and business acumen.
- Ability to analyze business and take business-driving actions.
- Ability to stand and walk for majority of a 40-hour work week.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS, CRM, and Inventory Management systems.

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is CAD 100,000 per year to CAD 110,000 per year.
