Job Title: Exhibition Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Exhibition Coordinator to join our team at Accord Expositions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing various events and exhibitions, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
  • Develop and implement event marketing strategies to promote exhibitions and events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in event planning or a related field is an asset
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Windows
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
  • Willingness to travel and work under pressure
