About the Opportunity

The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) at Badger Infrastructure Solutions offers a unique chance to learn and grow within our organization. As a candidate for this role, you will participate in an immersive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in leadership positions.

During your time in the program, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments of the company, gaining hands-on experience and understanding of different aspects of our operations. This includes learning how to operate heavy equipment, manage teams, and develop business strategies.

You will also be tasked with assisting in the development and validation of company policies, procedures, and training materials. Additionally, you will complete instruction on various topics related to department rotations, staff functions, and company practices.

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for individuals with strong problem-solving and communication abilities, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven approach to achieving goals.

The estimated hiring salary range for this position is between $70,000 - $80,000, depending on factors such as geographic location, education, and experience. Compensation may vary based on internal equity and market data.
