We are seeking a highly skilled Digital BIM Project Coordinator to join our team at Lemay. As a key member of our BIM management group, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of large-scale architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and initiate projects in accordance with company standards and strategies;
  • Create comprehensive BIM management plans in collaboration with project managers and regional BIM experts;
  • Provide expert guidance to project managers on the effective utilization of BIM tools and workflows;
  • Collaborate with the BIM coordination team to deliver high-quality project results;
  • Act as a BIM coordinator when required, leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

In this role, you will participate in the development of company-wide BIM standards and processes, training BIM coordinators to enhance their skills, and serving as a valuable resource for the team.

Requirements
  • A degree in architectural technology, architecture, or a related field, combined with at least 7 years of experience in architectural projects;
  • At least 5 years of experience in BIM management on complex projects with intricate breakdowns and scheduling requirements;
  • Excellent knowledge of BIM processes and tools, along with fluency in English and French;
  • BIM certification is an asset;
  • Proficiency in relevant software such as Revit, Autodesk, and Office Suite, as well as the Autodesk Construction Cloud platform.
