Transforming Design and Construction with BIM/VDC

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM/VDC Senior Coordinator to join our Innovation team at Pomerleau Construction. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enabling project teams to thrive with state-of-the-art BIM/VDC tools and methods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project and BIM teams to implement and utilize BIM/VDC processes.
  • Develop protocols for communication, data exchange, and 3D workspace management.
  • Work with designers and trades to create and organize BIM content, and provide multidisciplinary support coordination.
  • Craft project-specific contract language for tender packages and BIM submission processes.
  • Mentor and teach others in the use of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
  • Design 4D simulations for virtual and augmented reality experiences.
  • Pilot drones to support site logistics and quality assurance.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of BIM experience in construction or architecture.
  • University degree or technology diploma in engineering, engineering technology, architecture, or MEP technology.
  • Experience with BIM software, including REVIT, NavisWorks, BIM 360, and MS Project.
  • Fluency in both official languages (English and French).
