Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a Civil Engineer with a background in municipal land development and infrastructure to join our Saskatoon or Regina team. As the successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to lead a team and plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of civil projects.

A Day in the Life
  • Manage a variety of projects, including infrastructure upgrades and subdivision developments, involving design and construction of water, sewer, drainage, and transportation infrastructure.
  • Provide technical guidance to a team of engineers and designers to deliver preliminary to detailed design drawings and specifications.
  • Carry out estimates of project costs, analysis and calculations, design review, preparation of reports, proposals, and contract documentation.
  • Build business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Interface directly with clients, team members, contractors, and others to clearly define project requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure completion of work within allotted schedules and budgets to high quality standards.
What You'll Bring to the Team
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or industrial systems engineering (other disciplines encouraged to apply if practicing Civil Engineering).
  • Must be registered (or eligible to register) as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in the province of Saskatchewan.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in municipal engineering and project management.
  • Experience in materials testing (soils, concrete) and/or structural design and analysis is an asset.
  • Experience in hydraulic analysis and design and/or process-mechanical design is also considered an asset.
