About the Role:

Empire Life is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Sales Support Coordinator to join our Retail Distribution team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support Regional Vice-President, Account Executives, and Regional Sales Associates in achieving sales targets.
  • Fulfill orders for marketing materials, create event kits, and manage event giveaways.
  • Assist with production of confidential business reports and provide detailed sales team reports.
  • Handle external communication for teams and RVPs, including marketing campaign creation and event invitation delivery.
  • Update and maintain contact information in the CRM database.
  • Coordinate events, sales training, and presentations, and manage remote sessions.

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required.
  • 3+ years of office administration experience.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office and reporting system skills.
  • Experience in sales support and insurance/financial services is an asset.
