About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Ontario Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our restaurant, private club, and bar settings.
  • Cook dishes tailored to customers with dietary restrictions, such as food allergies or intolerances.
  • Regularly inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Train kitchen staff on proper food preparation, cooking techniques, and handling procedures.
  • Order necessary supplies and equipment to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure seamless workflow and effective teamwork.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensure all kitchen and work areas are spotless and organized.
  • Organize and manage buffets and banquets according to specific requirements.

This role requires someone who can thrive in a physically demanding environment with extended periods of standing, handling heavy loads, and meeting deadlines under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to multitask efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude even in a fast-paced setting.
