Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Tax Tycoons. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Assist with the coordination of seminars, conferences, and other events, and maintain accurate records of office supplies and inventory.
  • Staff Support: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, and provide support to staff members as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including education and experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
