Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Logistics Operations to join our team at Rove Logistics Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our logistics and transportation functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our logistics and transportation teams, ensuring that our operations are aligned with our business objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics and transportation operations.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of our logistics and transportation functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our logistics and transportation services meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in logistics or transportation.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Personal Qualities: Reliability, organized, and a team player.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with a large workload. You will be required to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.
