About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director, Operations to join our team at Rove Logistics Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
    • Lead and manage a team of senior managers and directors to achieve organizational objectives
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial stability and growth
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance to inform business decisions
    • Implement financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance and risk management
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
    • Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement technology solutions to support business needs
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Strong financial management and analytical skills
    • Ability to develop and implement business strategies
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
