Key Responsibilities- Departmental Leadership: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective coordination and communication across the organization.
- Operational Oversight: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, ensuring seamless execution of business objectives and strategic plans.
- Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a professional and diplomatic demeanor at all times.
- Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Financial Administration: Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and large workload
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, team player, reliability, organized, and ability to work in a permanent position with 37.5 hours per week
