Job Summary

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the effective delivery of services, including work order management, vendor relationship management, and data integrity. This role ensures that vendors adhere to service level agreements and complete work on time to maintain high customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage work orders to completion in BGIS or client-based web applications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate service delivery to meet client requirements, including scheduling access for internal and external service providers.
  • Prepare and submit reports on work order performance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity by adhering to processes and company standards.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of RealSuite and other BGIS applications.
  • Strong customer-oriented skills.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
