About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at FORYOU REAL ESTATE INC. This is a permanent, 30-hour per week position that requires a strong background in facilities operations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit production and other reports as required
  • Supervise a team of workers and oversee projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Recruit and hire workers and manage related staffing actions
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects and operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols
  • Procure and manage materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
