As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal support to the judiciary and litigants in Canada and abroad.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Courts Administration Service as a Chief Judicial Officer and Legal Liaison. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external clients to provide procedural advice and assistance on the filing of legal documents submitted to the Courts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Litigation processing and Court Services for judiciary and litigants.
  • Procedural advice and assistance to the general public, lawyers, Federal Boards, Tribunal, interveners, witnesses, staff, and media.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a legal environment (Board, Commission, Tribunal, Court, law firm or equivalent).
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
  • The willingness and ability to travel using various commercial modes of transportation.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
