About the Opportunity:

  • Sell recommended and required vehicle repair/maintenance services to customers
  • Act as liaison between customer and automotive service technician
  • Explain nature of vehicle maintenance and costs to customers
  • Advise customers on how to maintain their vehicles and stress the importance of regular maintenance
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with customers regarding vehicle repair status
  • Precisely prepare repair orders and invoices

About You:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and customer handling, preferably in an automotive setting
  • Secondary School diploma or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in working with ERP systems (e.g. CDK/Reynolds) and Customer Relationship Management Systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
