Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct customer service to both B2C and B2B customers in North America. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Represent Caesarstone Ltd. in a professional manner through interaction with retailers, customers, and fabricators.
  • Liaise with retailers, customers, and fabricators within assigned territory to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Review customer orders and update status in Portal and ERP systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Manage fabricators to ensure quality job completion and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints, offering solutions within project scope to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Field warranty inquiries and follow through for resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Review Certificates of Completion, vendor invoices, and issue AR invoices to ensure accurate accounting and financial reporting.
  • Monitor material usage and facilitate waste reduction to achieve targets and contribute to a sustainable future.
  • Perform monthly inventory counts and reconcile counts to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize losses.
  • Assist other customer service representatives as needed to ensure seamless support and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Escalate issues as necessary to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve complex problems efficiently.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years related experience, with familiarity with functional business environments.
  • Post-secondary education an asset.
  • Able to complete simple math calculations and read basic floor plans.
  • Proven track record in providing effective and high-quality customer service.
  • Able to accept responsibility and proactively resolve issues on a timely basis.
  • Forward thinking with the ability to review/enhance existing processes and create efficiencies.
  • Thorough, high attention to detail, strong organizational skills.
  • Effective team player, works efficiently to get the job done.
  • Excellent listening skills and interpersonal relations in dealing with both internal and external customers.
  • Working knowledge of computer programs, database, Microsoft software (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with basic AutoCAD drawings would be an asset.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, you will have access to comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
