Role Overview

The Public Sector Capture Manager is essential in aiding field sales teams and strategic partners. This role requires collaboration with diverse teams to formulate effective strategies and proposals for government contracts and significant strategic initiatives. The position entails hands-on proposal development, writing, and capture management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture and Proposal Oversight:
    • Lead and coordinate all capture and proposal development efforts.
    • Deliver insightful metrics and reports to leadership regarding forthcoming RFPs and pursuits.
    • Facilitate collaboration with internal teams, including Client Managers, ISG, Solution Engineers, Technical Specialists, Legal, Sales, and Partners.
    • Manage legal documentation for teaming arrangements.
    • Oversee each pursuit, identifying and escalating risks as necessary, while establishing a regular communication cadence.
    • Ensure clear communication with all stakeholders, detailing action items and responsible parties.
Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in the Public Sector Capture domain, encompassing proposal development, business development, opportunity tracking, and research.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational skills, strong writing capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration with various levels and subject matter experts.
  • Experience within the technology sector.
