Position Overview

The Public Sector Capture Manager is integral to our success in securing government contracts. This role involves collaborating with various teams to craft effective strategies and proposals that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proposal and Capture Management:
    • Lead and coordinate all activities related to capture and proposal development.
    • Generate insightful metrics and reports for leadership regarding future RFPs and strategic pursuits.
    • Facilitate collaboration among internal teams, including Client Managers, ISG, Solution Engineers, Technical Specialists, Legal, Sales, and Partners.
    • Manage legal documentation for partnership agreements.
    • Oversee each pursuit, identifying potential risks and establishing regular communication protocols.
    • Ensure clear communication with all stakeholders, outlining action items and responsible parties.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Public Sector Capture, encompassing proposal development, business development, and opportunity tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational skills, strong writing capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Adept at working collaboratively across various levels and with subject matter experts.
  • Experience within the technology sector is highly desirable.
