Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute capture and proposal strategies to secure government contracts and large strategic pursuits
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals and pitches
* Provide meaningful metrics and reports to leadership related to upcoming RFPs and pursuits
* Coordinate responses with internal teams, including Client Managers, ISG, Solution Engineers, Technical Specialists, Legal, Sales, and Partners
* Monitor and control each pursuit, identifying and escalating risks as needed, setting up regular call cadence
* Ensure effective communication to all stakeholders with action items and owners

Basic Qualifications:

* 8+ years of experience in the Public Sector Capture field, including proposal development, business development, opportunity tracking, and research

Preferred Qualifications:

* Strong organizational abilities, solid writing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple levels and subject matter experts
* Experience in the technology industry
