Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve service delivery
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to identify and address process gaps
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of administrative processes
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in administration or social sciences
  • Five years of experience in administrative roles with similar responsibilities
  • Experience in project management
  • Fluency in Cree and English; fluency in French is an asset
