Job Title: Administrative Processes Specialist

About the Role:

The Administrative Processes Specialist will play a key role in analyzing the needs of the organization and developing professional techniques to improve service delivery. This position requires collaboration with the administrative team to develop and implement effective administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve service delivery
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to identify and address administrative needs
  • Monitor and analyze administrative processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to support administrative initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in administration or social sciences or another appropriate academic discipline
  • Five years of appropriate administrative experience in similar responsibilities
  • Experience in project management
  • Fluent in Cree and English; fluency in French is an asset
