- Manage billing processes and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Process pink cards and insurance certificates efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain meticulous organization of client files, ensuring all information is readily accessible.
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks related to insurance file management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency:
- Possess a degree in office administration, secretarial studies, or an equivalent level of education.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
Personal Attributes:
- Maintain a keen attention to detail and demonstrate exceptional precision in all tasks.
