Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive documentation, including client correspondence and policy summaries.
  • Assist in the development of compelling presentations for insurance submissions.
  • Manage billing processes and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Process pink cards and insurance certificates efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain meticulous organization of client files, ensuring all information is readily accessible.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks related to insurance file management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency:

  • Possess a degree in office administration, secretarial studies, or an equivalent level of education.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

Personal Attributes:

  • Maintain a keen attention to detail and demonstrate exceptional precision in all tasks.
  • Possess the ability to analyze insurance coverages effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
