Job Summary:

Cofomo is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our team in Quebec. As a Business Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing business processes, analyzing and evaluating the impacts of regulatory and legislative changes, and planning, organizing, and coordinating various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize business processes or design new ones, validate them, implement them, and ensure follow-up with users and competent authorities.
  • Analyze and evaluate the impacts of regulatory or legislative changes.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate various stakeholders.
  • Present to managers and client authorities.
  • Conduct meetings and workshops to achieve deliverables related to process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Gather and communicate user and manager concerns, needs, and constraints to project leaders.
  • Contribute to the identification of deployment waves, ensure that constraints and needs are taken into account during preparation, and coordinate deployment activities with the client.
  • Develop management indicators.
  • Propose new working methods to the client.
  • Conduct diagnostics on certain services or processes to correct existing problems and improve productivity.
  • Participate in the analysis of risks related to organizational changes.
  • Develop various studies for business projects, involving key stakeholders (managers, users, information resources, etc.).
  • Validate current processes with users and ensure a good understanding of new needs to identify the nature of changes and propose suitable solutions.
  • Conduct workshops with key stakeholders on projects.
  • Validate and approve deliverables produced by the realization team.
  • Design, write, implement, and execute the different phases of testing to validate the quality and proper functioning of a feature or an entire process.
  • Write documentation and may be called upon to contribute to other training documents.

Requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration or any other relevant training.
  • Have between 2 and 9 years of experience in business analysis in projects with an IT focus.
  • Have a perfect mastery of the French language, both spoken and written.
  • Have a good capacity for writing business documents.
