We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Triple Trans Mill Services Ltd. as an Operations Coordinator. This is a permanent full-time position with a 35-hour workweek.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Office Operations
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

- Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
- Delegate work to office support staff and review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
