About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Snappy Tomato Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement effective systems and procedures to manage the restaurant's operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of our customers.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service, ensuring that it meets the high standards expected by our customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, as well as maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and repetitive motion
