Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at HS Restaurant Holdings. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Financial Management: Manage cash handling, record sales, and balance the cash register.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are rotated regularly.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role, or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting: Urban area.
- Transportation: Public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player, ability to multitask.
