Restaurant Operations Manager

About the Role
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the overall success of their restaurant, driving sales, profits, and growth while maintaining industry-leading standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and achieve sales and profit targets, managing key variable costs, cash control, and restaurant costs.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience, measured by internal and external metrics, and maintain a strong working climate with the team.
- Build a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, delegation, coaching, and performance management.
- Assist in creating annual profit plans and manage restaurant operations to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- 3 years of management experience and a degree in business or hospitality, or an equivalent combination.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve business objectives and high level of numeracy, oral and written communication ability, and ability to use technology.
