Job Description

We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Shift Manager. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for providing a top-notch guest experience, preparing dough, portioning toppings, and cooking pizzas. You will also maintain a safe and clean environment, handle cash, reconcile cash and daily paperwork, and manage financial controls, operations, people development, customer service, and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure 100% customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and cook pizzas to our high standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests and team members
  • Handle cash and reconcile daily paperwork
  • Manage financial controls, operations, and people development
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security codes
