Grocery Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Grocery Store Supervisor to join our team at SRF Grocery Store Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of sales workers, ensuring they are assigned duties effectively and efficiently.
- Assign Sales Workers: Allocate tasks to sales workers based on their skills and strengths.
- Exhibit Design: Collaborate with designers to plan and develop exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, and retail spaces.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient ordering processes.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Organized: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Reliability: Demonstrate reliability and accountability in all aspects of the job.
