About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Grocery Store Sales Associate at SRF Grocery Store Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, rotating stock, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Sales and Promotions: Participate in sales and promotional activities, such as suggestive selling and promoting products to customers.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store atmosphere, and support each other in meeting customer needs.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
