About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grocery Store Supervisor to join our team at SRF Grocery Store Ltd. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our grocery department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that inventory is accurately recorded.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming shopping environment, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Merchandising and Display: Work with our visual merchandising team to create attractive and appealing store displays, ensuring that our products are showcased in the best possible light.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staff productivity, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Store Operations: Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and safe condition, adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
