Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities of Workers
You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our store staff, including sales workers, to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
Assign Sales Workers to DutiesYou will be responsible for assigning sales workers to duties, including opening and closing the store, restocking shelves, and handling customer transactions.
Exhibit Design and DevelopmentYou will be responsible for planning and developing permanent and temporary exhibits and displays for our store, including visual merchandising and product displays.
Inventory ManagementYou will be responsible for organizing and maintaining our store's inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
Customer ServiceYou will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, including resolving customer complaints and issues, and ensuring that our customers receive a positive shopping experience.
Reporting and AnalysisYou will be responsible for preparing and analyzing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, to help inform our store's operations and decision-making.
Requirements- Education
You will need to have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
ExperienceYou will need to have at least 1 year of experience in a retail or grocery store environment, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory or management role.
LanguageYou will need to be fluent in English, as this is the primary language spoken in our store.
AvailabilityYou will need to be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
