Media Sales Professional

Rogers Sports & Media is seeking a highly motivated Media Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional client service.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be dedicated to maintaining and growing client revenue for all Rogers' conventional and specialty TV properties. You will work collaboratively with Account Executives to build and manage client relationships, develop media solutions, and negotiate contracts that meet client KPIs. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless campaign execution and maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and grow client revenue through effective sales strategies and relationship-building
* Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and present compelling media proposals that deliver on client KPIs
* Support Account Executives with day-to-day campaign building and management, including proposal development, avails creation, and seasonal renegotiations
* Convey a positive, professional image as a representative of Rogers Media national sales
Requirements:
* Post-secondary education preferred
* Minimum 2 years' experience in media sales environment with exposure to agency
* Experience with Television sales and concepts
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong sense of ownership and experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Working knowledge of PC computer software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Self-motivated and detail-focused, with the ability to prioritize effectively
* Positive problem-solving attitude with a view that no challenge is insurmountable
* Team player
