Omd Canada is seeking a Senior Media Strategist to join our team.

Job Description:

The Senior Media Strategist will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives aligned to client objectives. Key to this role is the ability to drive collaboration between the client, internal teams, and external partners in order to effectively strategize and interpret key cultural, consumer and category signals required to design holistic media plans that deliver on client objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative solutions that build brand equity and drive business growth
  • Provide expertise and leadership in performance marketing across all channels, including traditional, digital, and emerging media
  • Bring data-centric thinking to every integrated client brief, outlining creative and media requirements and objectives
  • Bridge the gap between strong conceptual thinking and data-driven analytical approaches to problem-solving
  • Maintain high-level service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Lead and develop annual account plans, creating clear accountability measures to ensure client and agency financial and business success
  • Effectively motivate, lead, and train the team to maximize shared objectives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in media operations, preferably in an agency or media organization
  • Strong knowledge of media planning, buying, and optimization across various channels
  • Retail/eCommerce/entertainment experience

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a dynamic work environment.
