Restaurant Management Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Management Professional to join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at CEC Entertainment Canada, ULC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make informed decisions regarding time management, staff scheduling, and support to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
- Build sales and maximize profits by effectively recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team.
- Coach and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a safe working environment.
- Understand and implement cost control procedures, financial accounting, inventory management, and labor management to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- High-school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 21 years of age or older.
- Minimum one year of experience in managing people, preferably in the food service industry, or equivalent experience as an Opening Coordinator.
Work Environment:
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shifts.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts.
- Exposure to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noise.
