About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at CEC Entertainment Canada, ULC. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our restaurant by providing exceptional customer service, leading a high-performing team, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, labor scheduling, and cost control
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in the food service industry
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
