Job Summary

MetCap Living is seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our commercial properties, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in property management, particularly in commercial properties. You will be responsible for supervising rental agents and building superintendents, negotiating or approving rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners, and ensuring that all terms of lease agreements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical or maintenance duties.
  • Negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners.
  • Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners.
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to have a strong understanding of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as Mac OS and MS Windows.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, often under tight deadlines, with a large caseload. You will need to have a cellular phone and computer for work purposes, and be able to work in English.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
