The Manager – Portfolio & Lease Administration will support the Senior Director – Corporate Real Estate and lead the delivery of all functions and requirements in Lease Administration and Property Tax management.

Job Description
  • Lease Administration:
    • Manage the outsourced team dedicated to lease administration services
    • Regular governance and performance management of the outsourced service partner in lease administration
    • Regular reviews/audit requirements to ensure accurate payments
    • Execution of estoppel requests
    • Annual lease expense budgeting and periodic forecast updates
  • Property Tax Appeals:
    • Direct management of the outsourced property tax appeals team
    • Annual property tax budgeting and periodic forecast updates
Requirements
  • College/University education
  • Experience in Real Estate Services an asset
  • Experience with a focus on lease administration a strong asset
  • Ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technically savvy with ability to learn software to analyze data
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Superior organizational and time-management skills
  • Adapts to fast-changing environment and works well under pressure
